December 2023

This week sees the beginning of an estimated 12-month construction of a new purpose-built Administration. The new administration building will comprise a visitor reception, student reception, student health clinic, executive and administration offices, a board room, meeting rooms, a staff relational centre and associated amenities. The builder who has been appointed to deliver this project is Reitsma Constructions Pty Ltd, working closely with SHAC Architects and Principle Project Management.

During 2024 there will be some anticipated disruption to previous access ways, particularly during Term 1. Details about the construction zone and how we will work with the builder to ensure students, staff and visitors are able to move about our campus safely will be communicated before the beginning of term. There will also be a dedicated webpage for updates and changes to access as the project progresses.

This project has been the culmination of many years of planning and we are very thankful for those who have been dedicated to this task, as well to God for the financial support towards this project from the Association of Independent Schools (AIS).

Installation Primary School Demountable Buildings

ƵIOS (GPCC) is the proponent for the proposed construction of two classrooms and
staff offices at 382 Avoca Drive, ƵIOS NSW 2251 (Lots 2341 & 2342 DP1276281).

L Block Upper Floor Refurbishment

Coverite have been commissioned to undertake a project to refurbish the top floor of the library to better facilitate use by the Enrichment and ICT teams.

This project commenced in November 2023 and is due for completion in January 2024.
